Early on, she focused on face-to-face marketing, which proved invaluable as she launched her business in the post-COVID landscape, where people were eager to connect in the comfort of their homes.
How do you think about growth in your current business? How do you plan for the future?

Jasmine advises aspiring entrepreneurs to stay grounded in their “why.” Many people become distracted by social media and may feel pressured to quit if they haven’t achieved certain milestones. However, she believes that entrepreneurship demands grit and tenacity. It's a long and evolving journey, but for those who are passionate about their work, the key is to trust their vision and commit to putting in the effort necessary to succeed.

Jasmine, hello. My name is Jasmine Williamson. I am the chief leaf and executive experience curator for tea rose. So tea rose is a luxury mobile tea party business. So we go to different venues, people's homes, and create luxury Tea Party experiences. I began our entrepreneur journey just from doing tea parties at home with my daughter. Our early success came from a lot of face to face marketing. So when we began, of course, it was post COVID And people just wanted to be at the house. So we found tremendous success in vendor markets, being able to speak to people directly, as well as being able to showcase what we can do and how that experience kind of keeps them connected to the people that they love and desire to have a luxurious experience with success is based on what you determined is important to you and what's important to your business. I think some entrepreneurs get caught up in what they see on social media and think that because they're not at that point yet, then they have to quit. What takes a lot of grit. It takes tenacity. It takes being able to deal with the financial ups and downs, as well as the mental and emotional toll that it takes to be in business. And that's why some succeed, and some feel unfortunately, is they fall out of love with their why, or they're not grounded enough with their why and all the things that it takes to truly keep going. It is a long process. It is a ever changing process. But just know if this is what's in your heart to do, then trust it and put in the work.
