I’m Grace Bay, CEO Hello Truck Lease, an truck leasing company that provides lease solutions to logistics entrepreneurs. I’m also involved in property management, interior design, and own some rental properties. 

What inspires you about being an entrepreneur?

I went straight to work for a startup after college. Being able to contribute something meaningful to a company so early in my career was really intriguing to me. Our scrappy team worked to grow something out of nothing. I fell in love with that energy and pace and, honestly, the pure chaos in the entrepreneurial space.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

Build an effective team around you as you grow. Don’t think you can do it all alone. As a leader, you need to implement effective delegation; otherwise, you’ll be stretched way too thin and things will fall through the cracks. When I learned I wasn’t Superwoman, I learned to lean on other people.
